This year was the first Country Dance Festival organized by Jennifer Kelly. There were two group categories - social and performing - & two adjudicators from outside the Bay Area. Social groups performed a reel (chosen from Captain MacBean's Reel, General Stewart's Reel or My Mither's Coming In), a jig (chosen from The Rakish Highlandman, Duke of Athol�s Reel or Miss Nancy Frowns), and a strathspey (chosen from The Balmoral Strathspey, Donald Bane or I'll Gang Nae Mair tae Yon Toon). Performing groups chose a reel from Minard Castle, College Hornpipe or Argyll's Bowling Green; a jig from Bob Sanders, Muirland Willie or La Flora; and a strathspey from Alltshellach, The Stoorie Miller or Braes of Breadalbane.
