My Incidents

If you have access to Incidents (accidents or injuries that occurred at Branch Events or Classes) they will be listed here.

  There are two links for each incident, the

first will bring up an edit form for the incident and the second will bring up a pdf display of the incident form. If you need to create a new incident, there is a link on the Branch Resources Page in the For Class Managers section.
